Does Audentic also manufacture implants?

We manufacture all so-called abutments for each implant system. This means that you will receive from us: all dental prostheses, crowns and bridges that are placed on an implant. Your dentist will in turn give you the parts that will be implanted in your jaw.

Why are dentures so cheap?

Our dentures are not cheaper because we save on quality – on the contrary: We offer you the highest quality at a fair price because we have consistently optimized our processes over many years.

The production takes place in our specialized partner laboratory in China – a long-standing partner that produces under the strictest German specifications and uses only CE-certified, biocompatible materials. Each individual denture is then tested and approved by our master laboratory in Mülheim an der Ruhr – with the same standards of precision, accuracy of fit and aesthetics that you would expect from purely German production.

We deliberately avoid costly intermediaries, inefficient structures and unnecessary surcharges – and pass these savings directly on to you.

The result: top-level dentures, manufactured according to German standards – up to 80% cheaper, but uncompromisingly strong in quality, workmanship and service.

Do dentures from China have the same quality as German dentures?

Yes! At Audentic, production takes place in China, but we only use materials there that comply with the CEN standards in Germany and the high requirements of the Medical Devices Regulation (MDR) (material guarantee of Audentic AG). Your order will be subjected to multiple quality controls – most recently in our own laboratory in Germany.

Can my dentist determine which dental laboratory produces my dentures – or do I have a say?

Of course, you have a say in which dental laboratory you have your dentures made. Your dentist can only refuse to cooperate with Audentic. However, this is not a problem, because in this case we will be happy to recommend our reference dentists – directly in your area – who will take care of your care.

How long does it take to produce?

Audentic AG has perfected the communicative and logistical processes with special attention precisely because of this frequent concern and can fall back on well-rehearsed structures – from order acceptance to the final quality control: everything is just as fast as in the German dental laboratory “around the corner”.

What happens if there is a complaint?

Audentic’s claim is that dentures fit the first time. This is not the only reason why you play it safe with us: There is also a 4-year guarantee that the work is free of defects, twice as long as required by law. If necessary, repairs or improvements are possible at any time on site at our headquarters in Mülheim an der Ruhr, where we run a fully equipped laboratory.

With the satisfaction guarantee, which is unique in Germany, you can have the dentures remade within the first 12 months after treatment until everything is right – completely free of charge! However, the prerequisite is that your primary practitioner is retained.

Does the decision for foreign dentures have a negative impact on my fixed subsidy from the health insurance company?

No! On the contrary, most health insurance companies are explicitly adapting to the demand for inexpensive alternatives for crowns, bridges and dental implants. If the treatment and cost plan is submitted and approved in good time before the start of treatment, nothing stands in the way of cheaper dentures. Patients receive standard care and benefit from up to 80% savings on the remaining co-payment with Audentic.

Why is no insurance necessary?

You can always benefit from our prices – no matter how you are insured. Supplementary dental insurance also often acts more like a loan that you pay off. Especially if you take out insurance late.

It becomes expensive when you are older or already have gaps in care. With us, you can save a lot right away without any great arithmetic skills.
