German Quality Control & International Efficiency
Our in-house dental laboratory in Mülheim an der Ruhr takes over the complete final inspection of each individual dental prosthesis. In this way, we ensure that only perfect work leaves the house – tested according to German standards by experienced dental technicians.
Production is carried out in cooperation with a specialized partner laboratory in China, which works exclusively according to strict German specifications . All materials are CE-certified, biocompatible and meet the requirements of the current Medical Device Regulation (MDR). As a result, we achieve a quality that would otherwise only be expected with purely German production – with up to 80% less additional payment.
Why is no supplementary dental insurance necessary?
Our prices are calculated so favourably from the outset that additional insurance is simply not worthwhile in many cases. With Audentic, you never pay more than necessary – with or without insurance. Especially those who have not taken out dental insurance can save with us immediately and without hidden additional costs. Otherwise, it will be particularly expensive for people with existing gaps in care – not here.

4-year warranty & satisfaction promise
We give you more than just a good feeling – we give you a four-year warranty on your dentures. This is twice as long as required by law.
If you or your dentist are not satisfied with the result – regardless of the reason – we will remanufacture the dentures free of charge. Change requests such as colour or wearing comfort? No problem! These are also included in the first year. Your dentist will receive the full fee, we will cover the costs. Until you are completely satisfied.

As a “self-made entrepreneur” with a deep understanding of business, he has successfully supported numerous companies over the past decades, especially in challenging situations. In addition to his economic activities, Dr. Riemer is intensively involved in the social sector. He has been supporting a wide variety of charitable projects for many years – with personal commitment and financial help. For him, it is clear: Those who bear responsibility should also give something back to society.
At Audentic, he is responsible for the entire commercial area. With his high standards and passion for sustainable entrepreneurship, he shapes the brand’s philosophy: authentic, honest, efficient, human.
The technical mind behind Audentic: Daniel Fromm
Daniel Fromm is a dental technician by conviction – with over 25 years of professional experience, a deep sense of precision and an uncompromising commitment to quality. He began his career at the age of 19 and is now one of the most experienced experts in his field.
As a member of the Executive Board of Audentic AG, he is responsible for the areas of dental technology, production and quality assurance. Under his leadership, all dental processes are organized at the highest level – from material selection to production abroad to the final inspection in the German dental laboratory. Every single product that leaves Audentic bears his signature.
Daniel Fromm stands for what patients and dentists alike appreciate: uncompromising quality, technical excellence and absolute reliability. His work forms the foundation for Audentic to be able to supply not only inexpensive, but above all high-quality dentures according to German standards – day after day.
