Collection and processing of data

It is not an essential requirement of our online services to give personalised data. Only access data that is not linked to individuals is saved, e.g. the name of your internet provider, the page from which you are visiting us, the names of the requested files and the dates of the requests. This data is only analysed for the improvement of our services, and does not allow for any conclusions regarding your person.

Personalised data is only used if you transmit it to us voluntarily. This can happen as part of an order, when creating a customer account or when registering for our newsletter.

Use and circulation of personalised data

If you commission us with delivering a service or with sending goods, your personal data will only be used as far as is necessary for the performance of the service or the completion of the contract, unless you separately consent.

This especially includes transfer of data to shipping companies, credit institutes, or other services used for the rendering of the service or the completion of the contract.

When the contract is completely concluded, your data is restricted from further use, and after the expiration of the tax and commercial law retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of the data.

If you have registered for our newsletter with your e-mail address, it will be used for advertising purposes until you deregister. Deregistration is possible at any time.

Use of cookies
