YouTube

We have integrated YouTube components at https://www.zahnkostensparen.de/ in order to provide you with video clips on specific subject areas. With each visit to one of the individual pages at https://www.zahnkostensparen.de/ on which a YouTube video is provided, YouTube and the operator of this offer, Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”), receive information about which specific subpage of our website was visited by the data subject. This information is collected by YouTube and Google and assigned to the respective YouTube account of the data subject. YouTube and Google always receive information that the data subject has visited our website if the data subject is logged in to YouTube at the same time as accessing our website; this happens regardless of whether the data subject clicks on a YouTube video or not. Request for alternative cost estimate

At https://www.zahnkostensparen.de/, we offer patients the opportunity to obtain alternative cost estimates from Audentic AG in relation to a treatment and cost plan available to the patient. The cost estimate relates solely to material and laboratory costs, i.e., the medical devices offered by Audentic AG to dentists. This does not constitute an offer to the patient. We also expressly point out that it is the dentist’s responsibility to decide on the provider/manufacturer of dentures within the scope of their treatment sovereignty, and that the patient has no right to demand that medical devices from a specific manufacturer, including Audentic AG, be used. However, the cost estimate provides the patient with an overview of the material and laboratory costs for a predefined treatment if Audentic AG products were used instead of the laboratory specified in the treatment and cost plan. In order to prepare such an alternative cost estimate, we require more detailed information about the treatment and cost plan available to the patient and the data recorded therein.

In this context, we collect:

The above information is mandatory ; without it, we cannot provide an accurate alternative cost estimate. If you are unwilling or unable to provide this information, we cannot provide you with a quote.

We also offer the option of providing you with a specific cost estimate for the material and laboratory costs associated with denture treatment. To do so, you will need to provide us with the contact and address information required for this purpose. This includes:

This information is also mandatory if you would like to receive a free, specific cost estimate from us for the material and laboratory costs incurred in connection with denture treatment. Without this information, we unfortunately cannot offer you this service – which we provide free of charge for advertising purposes.

Patients also have the option of providing us with a copy of their existing treatment and cost plan. This is voluntary .
